Versa won't charge

My Fitbit versa won't charge. I plugged it in last night and the percentage battery didnt flash up as usual when i plugged it in but i left it any. This afternoon the watch wouldn't work. I held down all 3 buttons for 10 seconds and it said battery 0% despite being left on charge all night
