Versa stopped getting notifications

I have the Versa suddenly I stopped getting notifications incoming calls and text messages to my watch it still syncs steps when I open app it’s driving me crazy!! I have turned my phone off I have shut down the watch checked all settings and still not working Help!!’

May I ask what type of phone you are having issues with @Nmn978 

Have you checked to see if notifications are turned on? Press and hold the left button on the versa to open the quick settings. 

For now I would check the help docs

I would hate to give you help for the wrong type of operating system.

Glad to hear that. @Nmn978. do I assume your tracker was in its Do Not Disturb mode?
