Versa stopped receiving notifications

I am no longer receiving any notification on my versa from my Google pixel. Worked fine now not at all. Have paired again and turned both off and on and deleted the app... Still nothing!

Please share your E-mails as I have been having issues and have not been able to get notifications for several months using all the other recommended trouble shooting ideas.
