Versa stopped receiving text notifications

any body know why Fitbit won't notify when receive text messages what's app usually vibrates on my arm but has stopped also does notify me when I'm supposed to sleep thank you.

I would like to know what is the brand and model of your phone.

In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains a restart process which will be also be helpful for the vibration issue. After trying these steps, monitor your watch and see if the issues get fixed.

hi thank you for your reply,my phone is the galaxy s9.I have tried all the troubleshooters listed uninstalled an reinstalled the fitbit app and still doesn't vibrate been have this trouble for over a month sometimes it does but mostly doesn't have to restart my phone Sent from Samsung Mobile on O2

hi,they weren't helpful at all i ended up uninstalling the fitbit app and reinstalling it and now it works!!Sent from Samsung Mobile on O2
