My Versa stopped responding on Wednesday after I took it off the charger. It had charged overnight but since then all I have is a black screen. I have tried the hard reset on the device but nothing happened. Battery life has been steadily decreasing over the last couple of weeks and my notifications have been intermittent as well during that time. Any thoughts?
