Not Vibrating when receiving Call/Text notifications

My Fitbit Versa is not vibrating when I receive texts or calls. It vibrates when i need to reach my step goal for the hour. I have tried a few things to get it to fix, and its not working. I have held all 3 buttons down and waited for the symbol, but when it reboots, same thing. I have gone to the timer/stopwatch part and it vibrates but doesn't change the vibrating with texts/calls. I have let the watch completed die of battery and fully recharge, and nothing. Still not working. I haven't had the watch for a year yet.

Thank you so much for taking the time to troubleshoot the issue you're experiencing with your Fitbit Versa not vibrating when you receive texts or calls. I appreciate the information that your watch vibrates for other things. Press and hold the back button to confirm that the notifications are set to "On". I also recommend trying the complete troubleshooting steps provided in this post.
