For the past week, my versa hasn't tracked, or synced any sleep data. I've tried resetting the versa, re pairing it, but nothing. It also hadn't synced the steps or anything else for that week, but did sync the steps after repairing.
Any suggestions, very frustrating to lose all that data

Hello there @KathrynRodway, thanks for getting back.
In regards to your inquiry, your data automatically syncs to the Fitbit app throughout the day. Each time you open the Fitbit app, your device syncs automatically when it's nearby. You can also use the Sync Now option in the app at any time. In the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab > your profile picture > your device image. Tap the arrows next to Sync Now.
Another way to sync is with your device nearby, open the Fitbit app to the Today tab, press and hold on the screen and pull down.
To improve your experience with notifications, syncing, and firmware updates, we removed the option to turn off all-day sync from the Fitbit app. When your phone is near your Fitbit device with Bluetooth turned on, it periodically syncs with the Fitbit app to update your stats and download available firmware updates. More frequent syncing rarely, if ever, noticeably decreases your device’s battery life. To learn more about what factors affect battery life, see Can I extend my Fitbit device’s battery life?
I'm sorry to hear about your data lost, if you remember name of the activity you performed, you can try manually logging the activity. To get more information about this, check the article: Can I add an activity manually to my Fitbit account?
About your sleep data, as a first approach, I'd like you to please confirm that the heart rate settings on your watch is "On". On your device, open the Settings app > Heart Rate > tap to turn the setting On.
On the other hand, I recommend considering the following in order to get sleep stages:
Let me know if you if in the next couple of night you are still not receiving your sleep data.

Hello there @KathrynRodway, welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear about the syncing difficulties you've been experiencing with your Versa. Thanks for taking the time to fix this prior to posting here.
I wondered if the mobile device you're syncing with is included in our list of supported devices? You can see the list at: Which phones and tablets can I use with my Fitbit watch or tracker?
Fitbit products are compatible with most devices that have the following operating systems: Apple iOS 12.2 and higher, Android OS 7.0 and higher.
Please keep in mind that when a device is not supported and does not meet the require OS we cannot guarantee its functionality with the Fitbit app. It might work at a certain time and then it can stop working out of nowhere after an update. This is because the app is not optimized to that device and any change could impact the performance.
If you haven't done so yet, I'd recommend taking a look at the help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
I'll be around if you need further assistance.

Hi, my phone is a Huawei P30 and is listed on the supported devices.
It was previously working, but I don't have any sleep data on my phone or the versa itself.
I just wanted to add, I have just checked it and finally got some data for last night, but it has lost a full week of sleep data where it hadn't synced at all in that time.
I remember there used to be a setting which allowed you to adjust how often the device synced, but neither my husband or I can find it in the settings anymore. Has this been removed, so the device just syncs constantly?
