Versa stopped syncing and won't receive notifications

Bought the new Versa 2 & app cannot find device, trouble syncing & notifications will not come through on the device... Can't seem to locate a keep alive widget in the app.. I have an LG G6 IOS 8... Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated!

I would like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, try the steps described in this help page in order to fix the notifications issue.

Thank you for trying to help me figure it out.  Nothing seems to help with the syncing/notification issue I am having.  No device found... I dunno.  May just return it & try a different brand... Sad!

This has been happening with my versa I got last Christmas on and off for a year, I’m so over this, it shouldn’t be this difficult to sync and get notifications

I agree, it's ridiculous!!  I expect it to work & do all the things they advertise it to do.. So very frustrating to spend that kind of money on it to feel like it's a total rip off.. I dunno.. Not very happy about it...
