Fitbit Versa stopped scyning about ten days ago. Phone is connected to wifi and bluetooth is on, Fitbit app cannot see wifiHave restarted phone and Versa several times but no joy. Removed Versa from the app and tried to reinstall. Phone says it is connected to Versa by Bluetooth but app cannot connect, although app can locate Versa on bluetooth. Likewise the app cannot see home wifi although phone is connected.

Hi, repeat your actions whith your Versa in the charger and connected to PC/Laptop, maybe that works.

Hello @Kenjbourne if the Versa is still showing as a trusted device in your Bluetooth, you will need to remove it from the phones bluetooth .Failure to remove from the bluetooth will prevent the app from discovering the tracker.
Mentioning that your having a phone problem without mentioning the phone model prevents us from giving specific help.
By removing the tracker from your account., your telling Fitbit that you are not going to use the tracker anymore.
Have you been able to connect the Versa back to youraccount?
You will not be able to sync ore connect the Versa rowifitounit lt has been setup.

@Kenjbourne im not sure why your mentioning WiFi and the app can not see WiFi. None of this has anything to do with syncing. The app will tell you what WiFi the zEbras can see
Telling Fitbit that your not going to use the Versa by removing it from your account will only add problems, we still phave to fix the sync issue before we can setup the tracker.
May I ask what phone you have? The term phone is not clear enough .
Does the phones Bluetooth show the Versa as connected or is the Versa showing as a trusted device? If either is so than the Fitbit app will not be able to discover your Versa. TueTversa needs to first be removed from the list of bluetooth trusted devices.
