Versa stopped syncing

Two days ago I woke up late because my versa was about 35mins behind in time. When I went to sync it in the app it said it had last synced about 14hrs prior. Anyway, it synced and I went on with my day. This evening I noticed that the clock on the versa was  again, about 35mins slow. When I checked the app it said it hadn't synced in about 4hrs. This time it would not sync.

I read every help post and followed all the advice.

I restarted my phone, restarted the versa, turned bluetooth off and on, toggled every setting I could think of, uninstalled and reinstalled the Fitbit app, unpaired the versa in bluetooth settings, removed the versa from my Fitbit app. When I tried to add the versa in the app it could not find it. The versa battery is full. All software is ip to date. I verified the phone's bluetooth was working by connecting to other devices and then I made sure all other devices' were unpaired from bluetooth and switched off. Finally, I factory reset the versa and restarted the phone again. Still nothing.
