Versa stopped tracking HR and sleep

My versa stopped tracking my HR and sleep.  I know the 2 are related, and I looked at similar threads. I have performed some of the fixed prescribed, with the exception of a factory reset.  One thing I have noticed is that the green light that I typically see on the wrist side, is not on.  I presume that green light is part of the HR monitoring.  With that said, is it time to replace this versa? Or will a factory reset correct it?  Like others, I don’t want to lose my data and it is still tracking steps.

@PapaBearNC welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it stopped tracking your heart rate and sleep. By the way, thank you for troubelshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

In order to avoid providing the same information, please let me know what troubleshooting steps you have tried.

In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This contains the restart process also. After trying these steps, make sure that the heart rate feature is enabled and see if your sleep and heart rate get tracked properly.

Keep me posted on the outcome! 😀

I did try to reset the watch itself, but that didn’t fix it.  However, resetting to factory settings did.  I recommend taking screen shots of all your settings before resetting to factory defaults so that you can put it back how you had it.
