My fitbit has stopped tracking my steps, my sleeping score, my heart rate, etc. 

Can anyone tell me what might be the issue?....TIA

Hi there, @Zrl. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa.

Is the data missing on your Versa 2 or the Fitbit app? If you're missing this data in the Fitbit app, please make sure you're syncing your Versa 2 periodically so it can transfer the data to the Fitbit app. 

On the other hand, if the issue is with your Versa 2 itself, please restart your Fitbit device by following these steps and keep an eye on it. If the behavior persist, please let me know.
