Versa stopped tracking sleep

So disappointed in this purchase.  Sleep tracker worked first day and not since. And tech support offered a few useless remedies and now I’m stuck with a product that doesn't do as advertised and a none existent tech support

In order to avoid providing the same information, please let me know what troubleshooting steps you have tried.
