My Versa just shut off and stopped working less than 2 months after the "warranty" expired and they just say sorry. I read several reviews online and this is not the first time this product has just stopped working for no reason at all. Poor Craftsmanship and not backed by warranty... just a discount to spend more money on a product I don't trust.

I'm sorry for the late response and I'm also sorry to hear about the issues you experienced with your Fitbit Versa since it stopped turning on and it's no longer under the warranty. The warranty period is good for 365 days starting from the date of first setup.
I totally understand how frustrating this is for you and I appreciate your feedback and comments since this helps us to keep improving.
