Versa stopped turning on

My Versa has just stopped working, I charged it Friday night, wore it Saturday no issues, Sunday evening it’s just stopped working, no reaction to any resets not a single thing has worked. I can’t seem to contact customer support at all either? Any idea what I can do? I’m devastated that I cant get support.   ☹️

Hi @samisuperstar77, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa stopped turning on. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via phone. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided.
