Versa stopped vibrating for text messages

All of a sudden my versa 2 quit vibrating when I received a text message. Phone calls still work. I have done ALL the trouble shooting found on this forum as well as others.....including factory reset.  What to do?

Hi there @melissa1966, welcome on board. Thanks for already troubleshooting your Versa 2's vibration motor prior to posting here.

Please confirm if you've tried all the steps provided in this help article: Why didn't my Fitbit device alert me?

Looking forward to your response.

I tried all trouble shooting methods. My device is not set to do not disturb or sleep mode. My phone does vibrate when my phone rings...not just for texting. This started about two weeks ago.

You are not alone in this issue. I get my call notifications, but not my text ones. I know the haptics are working, the notifications are enabled and the fitbit and my phone are NOT in Do Not Disturb mode. Tired resetting the Versa 2, deleted it from my account and set it up again and checked all of the settings. Hopefully, they come up with an answer soon.

I hope so too! It’s weird how it just stopped all of a sudden. Not sure if it will start working with a new
Update??

Hi there @melissa1966 and @goaliegirlI appreciate you had followed the tips and recommendations provided above.

Since this sounds a bit more serious, I've created a support case on your behalf - you should receive an email from Customer Support at the email you used to register with the Community forums. Note that we may take a bit long to get back to you since due to recent events affecting our operations, support options are limited and wait times are longer than usual.

We hope your issue is solved soon.
