My Versa stopped vibrating a few weeks ago after an apple update. I thought the latest fitbit update would fix this but it didn't. I've tried everything. Uninstalling and reinstalling. Switching numerous settings. Deleting my versa from Bluetooth. Etc. Im getting very frustrated. It seems like a software problem. If it's not resolved soon then my versa is useless. I loved fitbit up until this point but this is ridiculous.

Try a Restart and do it several times if necessary.

I've done that constantly over the last few weeks. Nothing works.

Do a Factory Reset by swiping left to Settings, then About, and then Factory Reset.

That did not work either. I've been trying everything for a month now. Need to know if its my Versa or an update issue.
