Versa lite failed during set up

Brand new versa lite failed during set up. Stopped partway through and now have a blue screen about a third of the way across. I can't find anything of use on these forums and wondering if anyone else has managed to resolve this. 

I followed the advice, turned bluetooth off and on, removed device from app, deleted app reinstalled and now the app can't find the watch.  

Anyone got any idea what to do next?

Did you try a Restart?  Do it several times if necessary.

Have probably reset 20+ times now trying various different options.
