Versa stopped working and overheated

My Versa stopped working today, I put it to charge(it still had some battery left), went to check on it after half an hour. It felt really hot as I took it off the charger and the screen was flashing a bit, then went dead. Half a day later in trying to charge again but nothing... Anyone knows what might be the problem?

Hi, do not put it in the charger again as you may risk overheating, which is very dangerous. Contact Customer Support asap with this problem, exactly describing what your problem is. Seems to be a hardware problem with the battery.
