Versa stopped working at 57%

Hi the other day my 2 year old Versa which was sitting around 50% battery stopped working. I have tried to restart and bought a new charger but still getting the 0% icon when I plug into both chargers. I have also tried all tips for Versa not charging.

Hi @Derek50 It sounds like it might have died. Try restarting it several times if you havent already. If that dlesnt help then contact Customer Support,  though I rather doubt there is much they can do.
