I am on my 2nd versa same problems and I call customer service and get 25% of my next fitbit purchase. Wow what a deal! Thing happened to my mother's purchased her for Christmas. With all of the problems posted on this site, You have got to be kidding me, waste of time and money on a hunk of junk.

Hi @Jenniferlynn-22, welcome to our Fitbit forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa stopped working. I'm also sorry to hear that it's no longer under warranty. The warranty period is good for 365 days, starting from the date of first setup of the original unit.
