hi
I have a Versa and its been working fine then it stopped working wont charge tried cleaning. still no charge tried plugging it straight into pc still no power.
any ideas

Since updating my Versa the battery life has gone from 5 days to zero. I charged my versa yesterday afternoon and now the battery is zero.

Mine did the same thing. Had no problems. Now it wont charge at all. Don't know what to do or if there is a troubleshoot.

Same thing happened to my Versa....contacted support chat and was disconnected. I have no green tracker lights on this thing and it is 98% charged.
