Versa stopped working overnight

Hi, woken up this morning abs my versa has a black screen & no lights flashing on the back. It was about 80% charge when I went to bed. Tried the restart procedure but still nothing. What do I do? Tried the live chat, nobody has come back to me.

The same exact thing happened to me. Mine was at 73% yesterday and I put it in the charger for a while because we were going to be out late... I put it back on my wrist before we left, it worked fine, then I went to bed and today it’s dead as a door nail. No lights on back and won’t take a charge... nothing, just black.
