Please help.

 

My watch did something whilst in my bag.

 

A red x with data not cleared unable to sync has appeared.

 

What can i do?

Hi @Joeywilko, welcome to the community.

 

You will need to go into your phones Bluetooth settings and unpair/remove the Versa from there. Then go into the Fitbit app on your phone and go through the set up process again, follow the steps and hopefully you will be back up and running.
