Versa stopped working

My versa was working this morning and shut off suddenly. It still had charge, but I tried charging it, reset it, and then attempted a hard reset and none of these worked to get it back in. Any suggestions?

Take it back if it’s still within the return window, failing that considering all the complaints about these watches the best place could be the bin!
