Versa stopped working...

I bought my Fitbit Versa in November 18'. It now no longer works- nothing on screen etc. What do I do?

I bought my Veresa in January of this year and it went dead yesterday.  When I got off work, the battery was at 56%.  Within 2 hours it was completely dead.  It won't charge at all so I can't turn it on to disable any of the apps.  Very disappointed in the life of my Versa.
