I bought a Fitbit versa special edition 18 months ago and it just stopped working for no reason. The watch got really hot, the battery died in seconds although it was at 71% seconds ago then it died. I tried every trouble shooting they suggest to no avail. I loved my versa up until that point but I’m really disappointed by the quality. The warranty is for 12 months, so although It’s not normal for a 300$ watch to only last 18 months there is nothing that can be done because the warranty is over. I will never buy Fitbit product again.
