Versa stopped working

Hello 

I have a Versa which I love only had it for a few months

it was working well 

but this morning it has stopped working altogether 

the screen dead

cant see if it’s charging or battery

when I tried to charge it the device went very hot, never done this before usually charges perfectly 

i looked at the forums

tried holding in 3 buttons etc but absolutely nothing happens

also checked the app

its not syncing either

can you please advise!
