Took my watch off the charger when I woke up at 7am. By 820am, my versa was no longer on. It doesn’t do anything when I plug it in and it doesn’t do anything when I try to push any buttons on the left or right of the watch.. I take good care of my watch, and I hadn’t done anything to it. All I had time to do that morning was wake up and walk my dogs. What can I do? I’ve only had the watch since May 2018..

My versa also stopped working a few weeks ago. Just more than a year old. Very disappointing, awaiting Fitbit's reply.
