Versa stopped working

So my versa stopped working out of no where. Never got wet, dropped or anything and because the warantee is up the won't replace it. So now I'm out a 200 dollar watch. Their solution was a 25% off coupon😡

Mine stopped working on Wednesday.  It was working fine and then, the screen went black and there are blue lines through it.  I have sent Fitbit an email but haven't heard back from them.  This is the 4th Fitbit that has stopped working just after the warranty runs out.  These are expensive items and it is super frustrating.  I am dumb enough to keep buying their product but this time, I am very doubtful I will buy another fitbit product.

I filed a complaint with the BBB. It is ridiculous to pay $200 for a watch to stop working. I think I am going to buy a samsung. At least they offer extended warranties.
