My Fitbit doesn’t sync with my new iPad. It does with my phone. Really annoying.
Also my wife’s Versa has given up after 18 months conveniently outside Fitbit’s 1 year measly warranty.
The problem is definitely swimming - it is not properly waterproof as claimed.
Why would we buy another one of these expensive useless gadgets?
Steer clear is my advice.
