Versa stopped working

Hi there, 

mum fit bit was working fine yesterday and now it won’t turn on at all..

I have tried to plug it in to charge but nothing has happened.. don’t know what to do

Hi @Ahewings  Try restarting it several times and see if that fixes it.  If it doesnt you will need to contact Customer Support

I would contact customer support about it. I've had problems with my Versa Lite in the past and I found they were very helpful.
