Versa stopped working

I am on my third Fitbit I bought the last one in November, and like the other two it has stopped working. I am so over Fitbits!

I would like to help you in order to turn the bad experience into a good experience. Please let me know more details about the issue that your Versa is experiencing. Does it turn on? Did it stop charging or syncing your data?

I did the update, and now the battery won’t stay charged. I have only had the watch since November, They usually only last me a year but this is just too much. I tried all of the suggestions of turning it off and back on and it didn’t work.
