Versa just quit after 18 months. Loved it but 18 months? WTF! Googled it and found watch never lasts beyond 2 years. How about including that in your ads. Also had wristband fall apart after less than a year. Love the watch, would consider Versa 2, but are glitches worked out? How long will Versa 2 last?

Hi there @Pickett.bill, welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa has stopped working, I understand why you would feel concern about getting the Versa 2.
Please note that our main purpose is to avoid negative experiences to our customers, we're always willing to help and provide troubleshooting steps. When a tracker suffers damage while under warranty, you can always contact Customer Support. Discounts and replacements depend on tracker model and other factors. What exactly happened to your Versa? I'll be glad to help you to get the issue solved.
Additionally, our products are indeed designed and made to last (this goes for each product component) however, there is not an infallible way to ensure that no issues will be present in the long run. Because of this, our Warranty Policy is set into providing as much coverage as we can.
I recommend checking out our comparison page at https://www.fitbit.com/compare, where you can see at a glance the features that each tracker provides.
Please let me know if you have a question our comparison page doesn't answer and I'll be happy to get you the information you need.
Was my post helpful? Give it a thumbs up to show your appreciation! Of course, if this was the answer you were looking for, don't forget to make it the Best Answer! Als...
