Versa stopped working

How can you test if the charger or the Fitbit is faulty? My Fitbit has been working perfectly, no issues and suddenly no longer charging, complete black screen with no life whatsoever. Any ideas? Is it scrap? TIA

Hi @MargotUk  customer support can "see" what's going on somehow, so call them.

Fitbit customer support is doing their best, but right now be prepared for longer wait times. Please be patient. Support is limited by the number of representatives available at a given time and the hours of operation. Chat lines are open when they have live help.
