Versa stuck in reboot

Hi!   I preordered my versa lady last.  Recently  I had issues with the firmware tolera failing repeatedly.  After the third attenpt to install, the watch is now stuck in reboot mode.  The screen goes black, the Fitbit logo comes on, screen guess go black, vibrates, and repeat. I have tried all the suggested things--sort reboot, factory reset ,uninstall app, unpaid ,etc.  Nothing works.  So frustrated ! Any other suggestions?

@Sackett01 what happens if you plug it for charging? You can let battery drain completely, then plug for charging using USB on your computer for several hours, and power it on.

Well first, wow that was horrific grammar in my post. LOL. Voice to text on this phone hates me.

 

The watch is fully charged. However, earlier I turned it back on hoping the constant boot cycle would drain the battery. After about 40 minutes of constant booting I finally got the watch back on. It gave me an error stating it was a problem with the clock face. I was able to change it to a generic face and get back into the watch. However, now I am stuck on the  initial setup installation. I am at Step 2 of 3 and it is failing.

@Sackett01 I'm glad it's out of the loop. Now, I am not sure I follow how you managed to change the clockface if your Versa is not set up. You say you're stuck on step 2. Can you ease elaborate what error messages you're getting. Whats Versas display showing? Etc.
