Hi

I have a versa that was working fine about 2 days ago.

Now it is constantly showing the fitbit icon.

Won't charge.

I have removed from app, and followed all the steps, tried a factory reset.

The icon keeps coming on and then goes off.

Battery charging symbol is not showing at all. Nothing else displaying.

What next?

Thanks

Hi there, @shaz1902. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa. I understand how you must be feeling.

Before considering other options, please confirmed that you've tried the below steps in the order listed:

  • Remove your Versa from your phone's Bluetooth.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth.
  • Set up your Versa again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Versa.

If you can't get started with your Versa, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

If the above has been attempted but to no avail, the best way to get help for this problem is to chat with us online or give us a call. Click here to get connected.

Hi @shaz1902 - the clock or operating system may have crashed - Restart the phone and restart the watch and place on the charger.

Check if it is syncing in the Fitbit App and if it is try changing the clock face.

It is doubtful you succeeded in a factory reset because it will be like a new watch telling you to install the app, but anyway in the Fitbit App click profile photo and try "+ Set up A device"
