Versa stuck on Fitbit logo

My Fitbit’s clock face was showing the incorrect time.. so shut it off and tried restarting it but I don’t even think it restarted because (I was really busy that day so I wasn’t paying attention I just figured it would reboot) not the case I eventually went to check the time and it was dead (as of late the battery has been dying quicker then usual so I don’t know if that had part in this issue) so I put it on its charger now the primary issue is the Fitbit startup logo appears for a couple of seconds then goes black therefore I begin the restart process I hold down the buttons and it still blinks as I count  instead of pausing to reboot... I tried updating it and my iPhone searches but that’s of no use either... I eventually let it die again and put it on the charger after it gets a little charge it lights up to the logo again for a couple of seconds and that’s where I’m stuck staring at my uneven skin color where my Fitbit once sat... I enjoy my versa I’m a fan so I will buy another they do not last forever this being my second one I still don’t have any complaints overall but I was hoping for some kind of troubleshooting miracle before I purchased a new one..

Thank You for taking the time to read my lengthy input it’s appreciated

Hi there @Missjelyse86, welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear about the inconvenience you've been having with your Versa. I appreciate the details shared in your post and your efforts in getting your watch fixed.

While your Versa is plugged into the charger, please try the following steps to get rid of the Fitbit logo:

  • Remove your Versa from your Fitbit account and unpair it from your phone's Bluetooth.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth.
  • Setup your Versa again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Versa.

If you can't get started with your Versa, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?
