I chose to factory reset my watch as it wasent syncing with my computer, i removed the watch from my account then readded it. i went through the basic setting up but the moment i put in the four digit code the watch gets stuck at the logo. i tried to restart my watch but when it starts u again it says i need to set it up again. I looked through many different posts here and they all just said to restart the watch. that does not work. What can i do to fix this?

Hi there, @itscharlie0110. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa before reaching out.

It seems like you have unpaired the Versa only from the Fitbit app, but not from your phone's Bluetooth settings, so your watch is asking you to be paired. With that said, please note the error message you're receiving on your watch's screen usually appears when you've performed a factory reset without first unpairing the watch from the phone's Bluetooth settings.

To solve this issue, please follow the steps below:

  • Remove your Versa from your phone's Bluetooth.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth.
  • Set up your Versa again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Versa.

If you can't get started with your Versa, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

If you continue having syncing difficulties, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
