Versa stuck on flashlight

Help - my versa is stuck on flashlight!  Notifications come up but can’t get back to watch face or anything else. Tried holding down buttons for reset and nothing happens. 😫😫😫

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing the details of the issue you're having with your Versa screen. Thank you for your efforts to resolve the issue by doing a restart. I recommend doing the following:

1. Make sure your app is up-to-date. In order to update your app you can follow the steps provided here.
2. Switch to a Fitbit clock face if you're using a third party clock face: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?
   
3. Please confirm the steps to restart your device: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
