Hello

 

can someone help please - i cannot for the life of me update the software on my Versa

the current software i have is 32.32.10.15  which is 3 behuind the most recent.

 

I have tried everything i can think of.  whne i click on update traceker software it doesnt go anywhere

 

Anyone help ?

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing the difficulty you're experiencing with updating the firmware on your Fitbit Versa. Thank you for your troubleshooting efforts and providing the additional details. When updating the firmware please verify the following:

 

  1. Make sure you are connected to Wi-Fi before you start the update process. 
  2. Charge the device while connected to Wi-Fi.

  3. Make sure your app is up-to-date. In order to update your app you can follow the steps provided here.
