Help? I tried to update my versa from the phone app a few days ago and ever since it has been stuck on the logo screen. I have tried to let the battery run out, recharged and tried restating several times. I cant find an solution in the forum, would be grateful for any help!

Yes i have, several times and did not work. Ive spoken to fitbit and its still under warranty so getting a replacement.
