I have been having problems with my Versa after the sync fix. it started on 4/27 it suddenly stopped syncing and gave me sync errors. I restarted the versa and my android phone and that fixed the issue until today I am continuing to have sync errors and ive tried restarting and shutting down my versa, restarted my phone and reinstalled the Fitbit app with no luck getting it to sync. What is going on?
EDIT: now all of the sudden it started syncing again. is there a patch going to be coming out to help stabilize the sync issues?

SOLVED: It took me a couple days of trying different things after sifting through various posts, but the one thing that allowed me to finally sync again was to delete the cache and data in my settings (Device maintenance > Storage > Apps > Fitbit). Then restarted my phone (Samsung S7) and restarted the Fitbit Versa by holding down the left and bottom right buttons) . Then I was able to add my versa back and sync again. You will have to reconfigure your notification settings unfortunately. Hope this helps others.

Same issue for me all of a sudden since yesterday after I updated the Android Fitbit app.
My fitbit versa is updated to ver 32.32.10.20. Using a Samsung S7 phone to pair with it and the Versa appears to be paired according to the Bluetooth menu. However, I keep seeing the "Blue Tooth issues" error screen attached. Did you find a solution? I tried to restart the Fitbit, turn off and on Bluetooth on my phone and unpaired all other bluetooth devices. Very frustrating!!

I know I’m late. But for the iPhone. Reset the watch as instructed above. Turn off your Bluetooth. Uninstall the app. Restart your phone by holding the power and home button till the Apple loading screen appears. Basically start over. Download app. Setup watch. Worked omfor me on my 6s plus

I followed these steps but there is no option to clear anything, I was only able to uninstall and reinstall the app. Also reset my phone and versa before reinstalling. Still won't sync. Last time it synced was at 7am and it's now after 7pm. I had to restart my phone and watch to get them to sync then and have had to every other time. I've had the watch two days and it's pretty ridiculous I'm having this much trouble with simply syncing and it sounds like I'm not the only one. Also frustrating that fitbits only solution is to restart. A new item shouldn't need restarted this much to work appropriately. If it does it seems their product is faulty and should not have been released. If you have any other suggestions, I'd love help!

I am having the same issue with my Versa. I have an LG G6 and ever since that last update it seems like I have had nothing but trouble and issues with my Versa's bluetooth. I've tried all of these different solutions, but nothing seems to work. So frustrating!

The solved reply did nothing for my versa lite. What I keep seeing is on my watch, when I go to bluetooth under settings, it MUST say "pair" for it to be connected at all. Maybe with the new update something happened?

I tried this a couple times with high hopes, but still keeps coming unpaired (note9). My Versa Lite is brand new. I actually had the same problem when I first got my Charge2, so maybe it'll right itself?

I have an iPhone 8 and my Versa has been synced to my Bluetooth sine I got it several months ago, then yesterday I noticed it wasn’t syncing. I’ve tried all the suggestions here but nothing works. My Bluetooth won’t even recognize my Versa. Is there a fix to this? Please help.

I am having the same issue and equally as frustrated. Sync'd fine on day 1.. now I'm on day 2 and contemplating sending it back and going back to my Charge 2!
