Versa suddenly stopped working

Hi guys,

Few days ago my fitbit versa stopped working.

I've had it for almost 3 years and no issues. I have this weird thing happening where it keeps switching on and off by itself with logo on the screen then it goes black then to logo etc, it never goes to the clock interface.

Obviously the battery died quickly coz of this, I have it sitting on the charger, its not functioning its best, looks like its charging but as soon as I take it off it keeps switching off and on by itself.

Anyone had a similar issue? Trying to fix this...any advice would be appreciated, I tried holding the buttons but it doesnt do anything.

They have been great - tried all the tips they recommended but nothing working so they r gonna send me a replacement.
