My Versa was working fine until yesterday, when the heart rate tracking completely stopped functioning, and is no longer tracking steps. So far I've tried restarting the tracker 3x, reseting the watch to factory settings, and turning heartrate tracking off, restarting/syncing with the app, and then turning heartrate tracking back on. Has anyone had this happen before, or know how to solve it? The green light on the back of the sensor doesn't look like its flashing like it usually does either.

Same with me. Shows zero steps in the app but my versatility lite shows steps. The step counter goes down to zero. Yesterday’s steps were minimal and not at all accurate jn aoo. Must be a glitch in the app.

My device just buzzed and now app is synching again. Hope yours works now, too.

My versa 3 stopped working suddenly on Monday night in the middle of my workout- no steps, no activity, no sleep data would update. I have started and restarted the device several times. Sought help from Fitbit and returned it to factory settings. Now it will not charge. Green lights on back are not working.
My mother has a Luxe Fitbit which also stopped charging on Monday.
Wondering if this is actually a coincidence?
Any help is appreciated as my device is only 2 years old.
