After using my watch for the swim app my watch has lost all display and is now useless
Contacted Fitbit but not willing to resolve the problem so all I have is one useless watch and very out of pocket. Not at all impressed

@andrew1971 What exactly happened? Is your Versa still syncing, the sensor light blinking and it's just the screen the is black? Was it 3rd party swimming app that you installed that caused this? Or did this happen when you actually wet Versa?
