Versa not syncing any more.

Hi,

the notification of messages was allways tricky with my versa and my android phone, eventually I really restarted my phone and watch every day to have it functioning, but now it's syncing all messages, whatsapp, calendar, etc. but the most important, my mails, are not appearing. It's all very frustrating and I must say, other as reliable. I have been receiving mails all the time, and just when you are accustom to it, it works no more. 
My phone was having some problems with memory space, I thought it could be the problem and l expanded it. No more problems there.

I must say, that without this function, the appeal of the watch for every day fade away and I think I'll be using it exclusively for sports.
What I find confusing is, that all other notifications are showing completely normal. Only the mails are not comming.

I found out what has changed. At 19 September the app was updated. And since then I'm not receiving my messges any more. If that is what fitbit says about working on the problem...
Anyway, I thought all about and I decided to give it back. In this way it's useless for me. For sports alone I have already another watch.

Hi @jorge_y  What phone are you using? Is it on the Supported Devices List?

update:

1. although my phone was not in the list, it was showing my mails (and other notifications). The question is, what has been changed. An update? Something has happened, something was changed.
2. if the compatibility list is so important, should fitbit list it on the box. I could decide then, if I wanted to buy it. 
3. it's now worser. No messages now, no notifications from any app. 

There is a lot of messages here on notifications problems. Enough to see that the watch has a problem. With all the previous inconveniences, I liked it. Now it's landing in the drawer, I'm tired of. I'm going to use it only at sports. It's a pity, but hey guys, you have a problem with the product.
