My versa lags when swiping through the screen and the heart rate sensor keeps flashing

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. For the heart rate tracking issue you're experiencing, please try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on our help article: Why don't I see my heart rate on my Fitbit device? and let me know if the issue persists. Such article includes a restart process that should fix the display lag as well.
