Versa switching screens

My Fitbit Versa keeps switching screens. From clock, to a quick settings screen. It happens all the time, all day, all night. Sometimes the constant vibrating wakes me up from my sleep. I have tried changing my clock face to a fitbit made one, and even tried a factory reset, nothing has helped. My watch is only two years old, and has been taken very well care of. This also makes my battery life non existent.
