Versa sync is acting up

It says last sync was Sunday at 9. But it still syncs steps, but nothing else. I'm also getting all my notifications. I unpaired it from. Bluetooth, but now I can't find it, while I'm still getting notifications.

 

I worked fine before Sunday

That is weird. I can understand it if it just synced the calories (as your BMR calories update without the need to sync) but to get steps to sync and not calories I can't explain.

 

Whatever the cause the best chance for a fix is to restart your phone and then restart your versa by:

 

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
  3. If your Fitbit Blaze, Fitbit Ionic, or Fitbit Versa doesn't work normally, use the instructions in How do I turn off my Fitbit device? to turn your watch off and on again.

Had same problem only mine wouldn’t sync anything. Tried this. Thankyou Steve all good now.
